Initial Contact
It starts with a conversation. Reach out by phone or through our site and we’ll talk through your project, answer your early questions and schedule an in-home consultation.
In Home Consultation
During this visit we will review the layout of the space, design ideas, finish materials, your specific needs, wants, and budget. Based on our discussion, you will receive a rough budget range for the project.
Pre-Construction Services Agreement
If you’d like to proceed, we’ll enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement which covers permit ready floor plans, coordination of design and finish material selections, detailed investment cost, progress payment schedule, and an estimated construction time frame. The investment of the Pre-Construction Services Agreement varies based on the size of the project.
Project Approval
Once plans, finish material selections and the detailed estimate are approved, the project moves into the construction phase.
Pre-Construction & Scheduling
Any required permits are applied for, material is ordered, and the project schedule is finalized to ensure a smooth start.
Start of Construction
Construction begins with protecting your home in and around the project area, material delivery, and project setup. Throughout the project, we’ll provide regular updates to keep you informed every step of the way.
Project Completion
Upon completion, we’ll walk through the project together ensuring everything meets your expectations.
