How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Construction on a full kitchen typically runs about six to ten weeks, and longer when walls move or plumbing relocates. Design, selections, permits and cabinet lead times come first, so plan on several months from first call to finished kitchen.

Do I need to hire a kitchen designer separately?

No. Design is part of how we work. We measure the space, draw the layout and guide you through cabinets, counters, lighting and finishes in-house, pricing it as we go so the plan fits your budget before construction starts.

Can you remove a wall to open up my kitchen?

Often, yes. Many south-metro kitchens from the 1970s through the '90s are closed off from the living room. If the wall is load-bearing, we plan a properly sized beam, bring in engineering when it's needed, and take care of the permit and inspections. During design we'll tell you what's realistic for your house.

Can you work with my existing layout?

Absolutely. Keeping the current footprint is often the best value: new cabinets, counters, lighting and flooring without moving plumbing or walls. If the layout isn't working, we can reconfigure it entirely.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We take care of the permits your kitchen needs and schedule the inspections, so the work is documented and done to code.
